The conference has space for groups to set up thematic gathering places for attendees to congregate and socialize. Proposals should have the name of the village and what will be featured there. If you have an idea for a village, email us at village@hope.net.

Include:

* Name of village

* A brief description

* Space needs. Most villages will be collocated with vendors, the 2600 Store, and other fun stuff. This is a large open area with tables and chairs, along with enough space for you to bring supplies, displays, etc. There are a few other potential spaces for villages - let us know what might work best for you.

* Hours. Most villages will operate throughout HOPE, starting when speaker sessions start (usually around 10am) until late evening. If you prefer shorter hours, or longer hours, tell us what you hope for.

* Logistics and requirements. There is power and ubiquitous wifi Internet, tables and chairs. Villages should plan to bring anything else they need, but ask us if HOPE or St. John's might have other things you need.
